2 - ATER KIK (Split Peas): Mild, split peas simmered in a mild, and flavorful herb sauce and turmeric.

3 - GOMEN (Collard Greens): Chopped collard greens cooked with onion, garlic, and jalapeno peppers.

4 - FOSSOLIA (Mixed Vegetables): Steamed fresh string beans, carrots, tomatoes, onions, deliciously seasoned with garlic and ginger.

5 - TIKIL GOMEN (Cabbage): Fresh cabbage sautéed with onion, garlic, carrot, and turmeric.

6 - KEY SIR (Beets Salad): Cooked and diced beets, olive oil, lemon juice, red onion, and jalapenos.

7 - CHEF SPECIAL SALAD (Avocado & Tomato Salad): Fresh avocado, diced tomatoes, arugula, jalapeños, olive oil, salt, pepper, and freshly squeezed lemon juice.

Served with your choice of injera, rice, quinoa, wheat bread, or pita bread.
