Steamed green beans, carrots,
tomatoes, onions, deliciously seasoned
with garlic and ginger.
Samosa
Savoury pastry with filling of Onion,
potato, sweet corn, carrots, cumin and
served with Awaze Sauce.
Misir Wot – Split Lentils
Red split lentils stewed in a rich *berbere sauce with onions, garlic, and ginger.
Ater Kik – Split peas
Yellow split peas simmered with
onions, garlic, ginger,
turmeric, and jalapeño.
Gomen – Collard Greens
Chopped collard greens sautéed with onions,
garlic, jalapeño, and Ethiopian seasoning.
Romay Platter
Injera – Ethiopian sourdough flat bread with a slightly
spongy texture . Made with Teff and white flour.
Berbere – Spicy mixture of red chili pepper, garlic, basil,
black seed, ginger, and cardamom
