One of our favorites is the Misir wot, which is split lentil made with spicy berbere sauce, red onion, garlic, and a blend of traditional spices. All of our dishes will be served with your choice of injera (traditional flat bread made from fermented teff and barley flour), rice, quinoa, wheat bread, and pita bread.
